REFUND POLICY

At Effortless Stays Ltd we aim to provide a clear and fair refund policy for all bookings.

 

Booking Confirmation  

All bookings are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed through our booking system.

 

Cancellation Policy  

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the property and booking conditions. The specific cancellation terms will be displayed during the booking process.

 

Guest Cancellations  

Where cancellations are permitted under the booking terms:  

- Refunds will be issued according to the cancellation policy selected at the time of booking.  

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.

 

Non-Refundable Bookings  

Certain bookings may be marked as non-refundable. In such cases, refunds will not be issued unless required by law.

 

Host Cancellations  

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a confirmed booking due to circumstances beyond our control, guests will receive either:  

- A full refund, or  

- Alternative accommodation where available.

 

Damage Deposits  

Where applicable, security deposits may be held to cover damages or breaches of house rules. Deposits will be returned after the property has been inspected.

 

Refund Processing  

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
